Acceptable Use Policy

This policy explains what is not allowed when using Flowye or protected products that rely on Flowye activation.

It should be read with the Creator Agreement.

Basic rule

Use Flowye to protect legitimate creator-controlled package/import/activation/distribution workflows. Do not use Flowye to harm creators, buyers, Flowye, third-party platforms, or the service.

Flowye may block, suspend, or remove access when use creates risk for creators, buyers, Flowye, third-party platforms, or the service.

Content rights

Creators must not use Flowye for:

• stolen, infringing, or unauthorized content;
• content the creator has no right to sell, distribute, modify, upload, package, or protect;
• bundles, reskins, variants, or products outside the purchased protected slot scope;
• attempts to use one Protected Avatar Slot for multiple unrelated Avatar Identities, unrelated products, or hidden bundle scope;
• content that misleads buyers about what they purchased or what Flowye provides.

Platform and asset rules

Do not use Flowye to bypass VRChat, Unity, marketplace, storefront, creator economy, or third-party asset rules.

Flowye does not grant permission to use VRChat, Unity, SDKs, marketplaces, storefronts, or third-party assets in ways those services or licenses do not allow.

Activation abuse

Do not:

• tamper with, reverse engineer, bypass, disable, or circumvent activation or licensing checks;
• share protected access, license keys, activation codes, or protected package access without authorization;
• resell or redistribute protected products or Flowye access without authorization;
• use automation to abuse activation, checkout, support, or account systems;
• overload, attack, probe, interfere with, or disrupt Flowye services;
• use Flowye, Public Availability Check, activation, checkout, support, or distribution systems for scraping, enumeration, mass monitoring, or other unauthorized data collection.

Harmful packages and data collection

Do not use Flowye with malicious packages, malware, spyware, credential collection, harmful content, or packages designed to compromise buyers, creators, platforms, or systems.

Do not collect data from VRChat users or send data from VRChat platform content to external servers in ways not allowed by VRChat, applicable law, or the relevant platform rules.

Abuse, fraud, and support misuse

Do not use Flowye for harassment, abuse, fraud, impersonation, chargeback abuse, false reports, or support-channel abuse.

Support exists to resolve real creator, buyer, checkout, provisioning, and activation issues. It should not be used to pressure, threaten, spam, or mislead.

Enforcement

Flowye may block, suspend, revoke, or remove activation or service access when needed to protect creators, buyers, Flowye, third-party platforms, or the service.

Enforcement may be temporary or permanent depending on the risk, evidence, severity, and whether the issue can be repaired.

Suspended Mode for abuse, fraud, legal, security, platform, or rights issues is separate from normal Archived Mode after expiry. Archived Mode is not intended as a punishment; it is the normal result of an expired slot without renewal.
