Jurisdiction & Governing Law

Last updated: 8 May 2026

Flowye is provided by Dummics / Dominik Martignago, an individual developer based in Udine, Italy.

Governing law

The Creator Agreement is governed by Italian law, unless mandatory law gives you rights that cannot be changed by agreement.

Courts and disputes

Where the law allows, disputes connected to a creator purchase or Flowye service access may be handled by the competent courts in Italy.

This does not limit mandatory consumer rights, statutory rights, or other rights that applicable law says cannot be removed by contract.

Practical first step

If something goes wrong, contact business@dummics.com first with the relevant account, checkout, product, activation, or support details so the issue can be reviewed.
