Protected Slot Offer Terms
Last updated: 14 May 2026
These Offer Terms explain the current commercial model for Flowye protected avatar capacity. They should be read with the Creator Agreement, Refund & Provisioning Policy, Privacy Notice, Checkout Consent Snippets, and the checkout terms shown for the specific purchase.
Flowye does not sell "lifetime protection forever". Flowye sells protected avatar slots with a defined active term, managed services, and renewal terms.
1. Offer Terms and Offer Snapshot
The pricing, features, active term, slot credits, renewal or subscription terms, add-ons, checkout disclosures, and accepted legal document versions shown at checkout are the Offer Terms for that purchase.
Live checkout is handled by an external payment provider. For the current launch architecture, provider-specific operations may use Polar, while the contractual language normally refers to the applicable payment provider unless a provider-specific note is needed.
Flowye keeps local display, ordering, legal-version, warning, feature-bullet, subscription-summary, visibility, and provider-mapping metadata. The payment provider owns the live provider products, prices, checkout session, billing state, and provider identifiers. Provider product IDs, price IDs, checkout IDs, and similar provider records may be stored for operations, but they are not public legal promises by themselves.
When checkout completes, Flowye may store an Offer Snapshot with the order, payment provider reference, purchased offer name, price, billing cadence, slot count, checkout metadata, provider mapping, and accepted legal document versions. Later pricing or feature changes do not automatically change an already completed purchase unless the Offer Terms, applicable law, or a later agreement requires that result.
Retired offers may remain valid for historical purchases. Subscription or renewal pricing may change with appropriate notice where required by law or the applicable payment provider flow.
2. Current target offer structure
The public pricing page, checkout page, invoice, or manual written offer controls the final purchase-specific terms. The following table describes the current target model.
| Offer | Intended price | Intended scope |
|---|---|---|
| Protected Avatar Slot | $49 one-time |
One Avatar Identity / Protected Product, initial setup/protection, and 12 months active unless the checkout says otherwise. |
| Slot Renewal | $24/year |
Renews one existing slot for another term. |
| Creator Annual | $149/year |
3 slot credits per year. |
| Creator Monthly Ops | $15/month |
Existing slot management only; no free setup credits. |
| Studio Annual | $399/year |
10 slot credits per year; contact/early access. |
| Custom Store Integration Setup | $199 one-time |
Contact/manual setup for a custom store integration. |
| Custom Store Maintenance | $19/month |
Contact/manual maintenance for a custom store integration. |
| Minor Rebuild Extra | $15 |
Add-on for a minor rebuild within the approved slot scope. |
| Major Rebuild / Re-protection | $39 |
Add-on or manual offer for major rebuild or re-protection work. |
| Extra Variant Pack | $15 |
Add-on for additional variant capacity where Flowye approves the scope. |
Public offers may be shown directly in checkout. Contact-only or manual offers may require support review, manual approval, manual invoicing, or a written support thread before purchase or activation.
Legacy, founder, paid-pilot, or historical purchases, including any historical $40 paid-pilot purchase, are not the current public offer unless a checkout or written offer says so. Historical purchases remain governed by their accepted checkout terms, offer terms, legal versions, and any stored or support-confirmed Offer Snapshot. The current slot model should not be read as automatically downgrading a historical creator who did not accept the new active-term policy.
3. Protected Avatar Slot
A Protected Avatar Slot is the Flowye capacity assigned to one Avatar Identity / Protected Product. One slot does not cover unrelated avatars, unrelated products, bundles, reskins, or different avatar identities unless Flowye explicitly approves that scope.
The base slot may include up to 5 Avatar Variants when they are genuine variants of the same Avatar Identity, such as platform, optimization, content, or performance variants of the same recognizable avatar/product.
After a slot is reserved, finalized, or assigned to an Avatar Identity, it may be non-reassignable where that is necessary to keep review, buyer activation, and protected product records coherent.
4. Active Term
Unless the Offer Terms say otherwise, the base Protected Avatar Slot includes a 12-month Active Term.
Checkout reserves or purchases the slot and starts the setup/provisioning workflow. It does not necessarily mean the protected build is already ready.
For the current manual-first launch, the Active Term starts when Flowye marks the first protected build, review, slot, or protected release as finalized, ready, active, or delivered, unless the Offer Terms say otherwise.
If a creator delays submitting required materials, rights information, product files, access details, or review responses, Flowye may pause or delay setup, packaging, review, provisioning, delivery, or the Active Term start where appropriate.
If the creator never provides the required materials or the submitted materials cannot be reviewed safely, Flowye may pause the order, require support/manual review, or handle the order under the Refund & Provisioning Policy.
5. Lifecycle states
Flowye may use lifecycle states such as:
- Pending Setup;
- Pending Review;
- Packaging / Provisioning;
- Active;
- Grace;
- Archived;
- Suspended;
- Cancelled.
The dashboard or support messages may use simpler wording, but these concepts describe the intended legal/product behavior. Current implementation names may use narrower technical states while the product/legal model keeps the broader lifecycle vocabulary.
6. Renewal, Grace Period, and cancellation
A Renewal keeps an existing Protected Avatar Slot active for another term. Renewal pricing and timing are controlled by the renewal offer, checkout flow, payment provider flow, or manual written offer.
A Slot Renewal extends or restores one existing Protected Avatar Slot for the renewal term shown at checkout or in the written offer.
If a standalone slot reaches the end of its Active Term without renewal, Flowye's target Grace Period is 30 days before the slot moves into Archived Mode, unless the Offer Terms, support state, provider flow, or applicable law requires another result.
If a subscription, monthly operations plan, annual creator plan, studio plan, or maintenance plan payment fails, Flowye's target payment Grace Period is 14 days before related service access, subscription state, or slot operations move into archive, cancelled, or manual-review handling, unless the Offer Terms, provider flow, support state, or applicable law requires another result.
Subscriptions may renew automatically or continue until cancelled only when the checkout or payment provider flow clearly says so. Cancellation may take effect at the end of the current paid period unless the applicable offer, provider flow, or law requires another result.
Creator Annual and Studio Annual offers grant the slot credits shown for that billing period. Unused credit expiry, rollover, transfer, or conversion rules should be shown at checkout or in the manual offer and remain product/legal review items until fully implemented.
7. Archived Mode
Expired slots are archived, not intentionally broken.
Archived Mode is the normal state for a slot after its Active Term ends without renewal. Archived Mode may pause or disable:
- creator-side dashboard actions for the archived slot;
- New Provisioning;
- new buyer activation/provisioning flows;
- rebuilds, re-protection, variant expansion, and managed updates;
- Managed Services;
- Distribution Services;
- monitoring or Public Availability Check activity;
- support tasks that require active paid service.
Existing protected releases should not be intentionally broken only because a creator does not renew. However, Flowye may stop providing New Provisioning, new managed distribution, new rebuilds, new review work, or new dashboard actions for an archived slot.
Creators should not keep selling new protected copies that depend on New Provisioning when the relevant slot is archived or New Provisioning is unavailable.
Where Flowye provides managed storage or managed distribution artifacts, Flowye's target archived retention period for those managed artifacts is 90 days after archive unless the Offer Terms, support state, legal obligation, security issue, provider constraint, or written support decision requires a different retention or disablement result. Creators remain responsible for keeping their own original backups and source files.
8. Existing End User Entitlements and New Provisioning
Existing End User Entitlements are buyer/customer access records created while a slot was active or otherwise valid.
New Provisioning means creating new buyer access, new activation records, new protected builds, new managed downloads, new rebuilds, or other new service actions after purchase.
The treatment of Existing End User Entitlements may differ from New Provisioning. Archived Mode may preserve existing records where practical while pausing New Provisioning and managed work.
Buyers usually buy the avatar, package, or Protected Product from the creator or storefront, not from Flowye. Flowye may provide activation, verification, provisioning, or distribution infrastructure, but the creator remains responsible for selling only products they can support and provision.
9. Suspended Mode
Suspended Mode is separate from normal expiry or archive. Flowye may suspend, block, revoke, or remove access when needed for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, security issues, legal issues, platform risk, third-party rights issues, harmful packages, or use outside the purchased slot scope.
Suspension may affect existing activation or access where needed to protect creators, buyers, Flowye, third-party platforms, or the service.
10. Managed Services and Distribution Services
Managed Services may include setup, review, packaging, protected build preparation, rebuilds, support, monitoring, dashboard operations, or other hands-on work described in the Offer Terms.
Distribution Services may include future managed delivery, object storage, signed links, expiring links, download/access logs, or related infrastructure. Distribution Services are not guaranteed forever unless a specific written offer says so.
Creators remain responsible for keeping their own original backups and source files unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
11. Public Availability Check
Flowye may offer an optional Public Availability Check in the future. If offered, it should be limited, use creator-provided identifiers, avoid scraping/enumeration/mass monitoring, follow strict rate limits, and be disabled when needed for platform, legal, security, provider, or operational reasons.
Public Availability Check is not a guarantee that a protected product is or is not available anywhere.
12. Legal review notes
Consumer withdrawal, digital service consent, automatic renewal, subscription cancellation, price-change notice, unused credit expiry/rollover, tax, and country-specific consumer rights need legal review before final launch wording is used. Nothing in these Offer Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
