Checkout Consent Snippets
Last updated: 14 May 2026
This document provides reusable checkout consent snippets for Flowye creator purchases. These snippets should be kept aligned with the Creator Agreement, Protected Slot Offer Terms, Privacy Notice, and Refund & Provisioning Policy.
These snippets are implementation copy, not standalone legal advice. Digital service consent, consumer withdrawal, automatic renewal, renewal notice, price-change notice, tax, and country-specific consumer-law details need legal review before final launch.
General legal acceptance
Use for all creator checkout flows:
I agree to the Flowye Creator Agreement, Protected Slot Offer Terms, Privacy Notice, and Refund & Provisioning Policy. I understand that the checkout/provider records and Flowye Offer Snapshot determine my purchase-specific terms.
Creator rights confirmation
Use for offers that require creator-owned or creator-authorized materials:
I confirm that I have the rights needed to sell, package, protect, upload, distribute, modify, and provide Flowye with the materials for the Avatar Identity / Protected Product submitted for protection.
VRChat and Unity independence
Use near platform-boundary or rights confirmations:
I understand that Flowye is independent from VRChat and Unity and is not affiliated with, approved by, endorsed by, or sponsored by VRChat or Unity.
Manual review and provisioning notice
Use for Protected Avatar Slot, rebuild, variant, and custom/manual offers:
I understand that checkout reserves or purchases the Flowye offer and starts the setup/provisioning workflow. Manual review, package preparation, repair, or configuration may be required. Unless the Offer Terms say otherwise, a Protected Avatar Slot's Active Term starts when Flowye marks the first protected build, review, slot, or protected release as finalized, ready, active, or delivered.
Recurring offer notice
Use for subscription, annual, monthly, renewal, and maintenance offers:
I understand that recurring offers may renew automatically through the payment provider when the checkout flow says so. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the Offer Terms, provider flow, or applicable law requires another result. A failed recurring payment may place the related plan, subscription, or slot operations into a Grace Period and may later move them into Archived Mode, Cancelled status, or manual review.
Digital service / withdrawal review placeholder
Use only after legal review confirms the required wording for the target checkout jurisdictions:
Legal-review-needed: where required, collect express consent for Flowye digital service, manual review, setup, provisioning, or protected package work to begin before any withdrawal period ends, and collect the required acknowledgment that withdrawal rights may be affected once the service work begins.
Offer Snapshot implementation note
The checkout implementation should store, where applicable:
- accepted legal document versions;
- Offer Terms and Offer Snapshot metadata;
- provider checkout/order/subscription references;
- purchased offer name, price, currency, billing cadence, and slot count;
- creator rights confirmation state;
- subscription/automatic-renewal disclosure state for recurring offers;
- digital service / withdrawal consent state where legally required and implemented.
